Terms of use

• FebbJournal is invite-only: only people the owner has invited can create an account.
• It is free. There are no fees, plans or subscriptions, and every available feature is open to every member.
• Some sections are marked as coming in a future update. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or end the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account.

Everything you enter in your journal stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and show it back to you in order to run the service. You can export it at any time from Settings › Data & privacy and ask us to delete it, as described in the privacy policy.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or upload content you have no right to share;
• try to access other members' data, bypass the invite-only access, or probe, overload or disrupt the service;
• scrape or copy the service with automated tools, or resell access to it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

FebbJournal is a record-keeping and self-review tool. Nothing in it is investment, financial or trading advice. Please read the risk disclaimer.

We provide the service as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do our best to keep your data safe and the service running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free or that calculations are exact.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or trading losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

You can stop using FebbJournal at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that are inactive or that break these terms.

We may update these terms; when we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, let you know in the app. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
